The final car and superkart meeting of 2020, being held at the Kirkistown Motor Racing Circuit in County Down, on Saturday 17th October, was forced to abandon after five qualifying sessions, when an email from the Department For Communities arrived into Race Control at 10:37am.
Saturday 10 October saw the SW Adair Tyres Northern Ireland Sprint Championship return to Kirkistown for the TT Bistro, North Down House, Kirkistown Sprint which was hosted by the Ulster Automobile Club.

Hillclimbing resumed on Saturday the 8th August 2020 at Garron Point, organised by Mid Antrim Motor Club, this being the only hillcimb in Northern Ireland being able to run in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Saturday 01 August saw the re-commencement of the 2020 SW Adair Tyres Northern Ireland Sprint Championship at Kirkistown Circuit after a Covid-19 induced layoff of four months.
