BUILT on the success of last year’s inaugural event held at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast, the automotive extravaganza known as ‘BUILT Event’ is set to return on Sunday 12 August from 12pm-5.30pm.

Two weeks ago, the ‘West Strand’ in Portrush came alive to the sights and sounds of some of the finest models to wear a ‘blue oval’ and the ‘Causeway Coast Ford Fair’ is by far the largest car display event to be held in the popular seaside town each year.

There can’t be many petrol-heads around who haven’t had a Ford crush at some point during their childhood – you can in fact, almost guess a person’s age, based on their favourite ‘Fast Ford’ and we saw a lot of them at the recent RS Owners Club regional day in Ballymena.

Gathering on Saturday 26 May, the Lagan Valley Island Centre in Lisburn, saw a variety of vehicles on display which fall under the green, white and red colours of the Italian flag, of which there was plenty via bunting draped along the drive into the show area.

by Graham May 27, 2018Saturday 26 May saw families flock to Sunny Bangor for a fun day out, viewing a large and diverse range of vehicles on display at Bangor’s Elim Church, This event has been held annually for at least a decade, of that I am sure, and as always, never fails to disappoint.
