From its showroom on Boucher Road in Belfast, Agnew Volkswagen have not only won ‘Top retailer in Northern Ireland’ but they’ve also beaten 180 other full VW retailers to take the win as ‘Top retailer for fleet’ during an online ceremony to mark the top Talent across Volkswagen UK retailers.
After a challenging year in 2020, Volkswagen UK has marked the successes of its stellar, 212-strong (includes authorised repairers) network with a virtual awards ceremony, celebrating the top-performing retailer sites across the country including categories for fleet, new cars, used cars, aftersales and more.
The awards – held virtually amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic – was celebrated locally, with individual retailer staff members tuning in for the broadcast where a gathering of everyone at one venue would not have been possible.
Kicking off with the top-performing retailers for new cars, the event covered other major criteria, as well as the Regional Manager Special Recognition segment highlighting remarkable achievements, before announcing the ten top-performing Volkswagen Retailers across the UK.
Among the lists of top performers, which included Agnew Volkswagen Belfast, Volkswagen UK also called out numerous notable achievements from across the retailer network, including consistently high-performing sites and individuals.
Also recognised in this section were those who acted as a lifeline to key workers (who needed to stay on the move during the difficult first lockdown), and others who worked through adversity and challenging situations outside of the Covid-19 pandemic to keep their customers mobile.
