The new Chelsea Truck Company Jeep Wrangler JL edition is the first fourth-generation Jeep model to have been transformed into a Black Hawk edition.
To create this Black Hawk model – Afzal Kahn went back to the drawing board, reimagining each aspect of the classic Jeep Wrangler from the ground up.
Working with a direct supply of new vehicles from Jeep, the British designer has created an innovative design, which marries iconic American engineering with military inspired British style.
The underlying philosophy has always been to exceed the standards of the original manufacturer, adding intrinsic value as well as improving the overall aesthetic.
With every component tailor-made and precisely engineered, the build quality is comparable to that of a fully coach built vehicle.
Thus far, the Chelsea Truck Company styling package consists of a Black 3D Military Paint colour change and a new Jeep Wrangler JL Carbon Fibre front grille with 3D mesh, thus adorning the Jeep with a stylish appearance by means of a stunning Herringbone pattern, showcasing a striking and modern contrast with a contemporary feel – exuding three-dimensional form and clear-cut lines, which no doubt accentuates the silhouette of the vehicle and serves as an excellent replacement for your factory stock grille and is available for both two and four door models.
Widened wheel arches at the front and rear of the vehicle along with an Iron Man bonnet, CTC branded fuel filler cap and spare wheel cover exudes unparalleled visual presence.
In addition, the Kahn cross hair exhaust system, centered around a radical design and available in Ceramic Black with 100mm tailpipes – showcases a commitment to fostering cutting edge technology.
Kahn wheels sit perfectly, on any vehicle, conveying the essence of the vehicle’s identity. Created using state-of-the art manufacturing and materials technology and the Chelsea Truck Company Mondial retro alloy wheels in 3D texture Black Military paint are no exception.
These wheels are available in 9 x 20” and are coupled with Cooper Discoverer STT Pro Tyres (20”) and fit all original centre caps.
With simple clean lines, soft organic surfaces on the edge of the spoke and a purposeful mechanical centre, the Mondial wheels are synonymous with elegance and innovation.
Inside is the ‘bespoke touch’, this particular vehicle comes with a Volcanic Vesuvius Interior in the form of reupholstered 3D modular quilted front and rear seats, door armrests, centre glove box, heated front seats and so much more.
However, we always provide our customers with what they want. And Afzal Kahn could, for example, design for you a vehicle with an exterior the colour of your private yacht and an interior with seats akin to the shade of, let’s say, a living room.
Customers could also change the colour of the clock, or ask for anything else, the world is their oyster, so to speak.

Wow, this Jeep is absolutely astonishing. The design and craftsmanship is top-shelf. In general, we do not see Jeep vehicles that much in Indonesia, sometimes one can encounter a Cherokee, and rarely the amazing Wrangler. Hope this will change soon 🙂
