Donnelly Group Extends BYD Network with New Enniskillen Showroom

Donnelly Group is accelerating its partnership with BYD by opening a new showroom in Enniskillen, bringing the fast-growing electric and hybrid vehicle brand to customers across Fermanagh and the west of Northern Ireland.

The new outlet follows the successful launch of BYD showrooms in Dungannon and Ballymena, further expanding the Chinese manufacturer’s presence across the region.

Founded in 1995, BYD—short for Build Your Dreams—has grown into a global leader in electric vehicles. Operating in more than 120 countries, the company has established itself at the forefront of battery innovation and zero-emission transport.

“We are pleased to strengthen our relationship with BYD and bring its impressive range of vehicles to Enniskillen and the surrounding areas,” said Dave Sheeran, managing director of Donnelly Group.

Paul Compton, franchise director at Donnelly Group, said the latest opening would build on the encouraging start made by the existing BYD sites. “We are very pleased with our first few months of trading at our BYD showrooms in Ballymena and Dungannon. We look forward to building on that momentum as we bring the latest generation of EV and hybrid technology to Fermanagh.”

Adding BYD to the Enniskillen line-up strengthens Donnelly Group’s local offering, giving customers a broader choice of electrified vehicles alongside the sales and aftersales support already available at the site.

The full BYD range will be available to explore at Donnelly Group’s Enniskillen showroom from mid-November.

The expansion will also create new employment opportunities, with Donnelly Group recruiting for sales, service and customer-service roles to support the new operation.
